Refund And Cancellation Policy 
Due to the subjective nature of the information given during a private session with Maureen Becker, there are no refunds. If you wish to cancel your appointment before your booked time, you can do so up to 24 hours before the appointment, with no cancellation fees. If you need to cancel the day of, if it is an emergency or extenuating circumstance, there will be no cancellation fee. However, if you have cancelled more than once the day of and appear to be a ‘chronic canceller’, there will be a $50 cancellation fee the second time you have cancelled the day of the appointment. Maureen Becker is not required to re-book your appointment after two instances of cancellations.
